Everyone admires the Proverbs 31 Woman. She is a woman of virtue and excellence. She is so talented and capable. The perfect woman. She has a relationship with the Lord. It doesn’t show in the scriptures, but she is a woman of prayer and wisdom. She always prays before she makes a decision. She is organized and knows how to manage her home and those who live in it. She works hard from early morning to late at night. She ensures that everyone in the home is taken care of that includes have food to eat and clothes to wear.

“She looketh well to the ways of her household, and eateth not the bread of idleness. Her children arise up, and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praiseth her.” Proverbs 31:27-28 (KJV)

She looks after many responsibilities in the home and outside. She is dedicated and works hard. She manages her time wisely. She makes wise decisions and always consults the Lord. She examines carefully and she is productive. Her house is always blessed. Everything she does is blessed. Her husband is known and she is praised.

The husband speaks highly of her. Everyone knows her. She is successful at managing and at business. Everything that she does has success. She knows where to invest and how to invest. She knows how to do many things. Her husband trusts her. She knows how to speak in wisdom and how to work with her hands well.

She is willing to travel far. She knows where to buy what she needs for the best price. She knows how to do business and how to plant a vineyard. She cares for others. She knows how to make things that she can sell.

We need to learn to appreciate our mother and how much she does for us. The Lord has made women a suitable helper to the man. She is always learning and exceling. As believers, we can learn from her example how to become excellent for the Lord and to our husband and children and even in our career and ministry.

She knows her value and her worth. She has focused, motivated, and determined. She is encouraging and careful with her words. She knows God’s word. She doesn’t misuse her time.

As women of God, we need to know our identity and use our authority when it’s necessary. We must know and speak the Word of God daily and always consult the Lord before we make a decision. A wise woman builds her house. We must be wise and our words seasoned with salt. We must build others up.

Everything we do right in God’s eyes has a reward. Often in this world. We will see prosperity, life, and abundance. Goodness and mercy will follow us an we will eat the good of the land. Our greatest reward is heavenly. We must continue to do good and we will receive what we sowed in as a mighty harvest. Blessings will follow as we obey God’s Word and honour Him.
